Loft room has a window with an ocean view but no balcony. It is also located at the 4th floor and acessible through stairs only.

My stay was nice and comfortable.

The property was very nice and close to the beach. They also had a very nice restaurant.

I think the wifi was a but slow, besides that i like everything else.

Wonderful

Beachfront location. Very roomy balcony overlooking the beach. Central location. Quiet at night. Free water dispenser in the hallway. Free beach towels and rain umbrella for use.

Not really an issue, but could be for some guests: stairs only and no elevator; room is a bit tight with little space to put bags and move around. Balcony does not have a roof so it gets wet when it rains.

We absolutely loved it here, just everything about it. The location, the people and the view.

Perfect location, beautiful views. The breakfast was lush. The best part of the stay was the staff, so friendly, went out of their way to make us feel as comfortable as possible.

Didn’t have access to the room, however this is due to be sorted in the coming weeks.

I liked that it was beachfront.

We had a blast! We really enjoyed the beautiful view whenver we ate our breakfast. Staff were friendly and easy to talk

What I really liked about Zuzuni Hotel is that it’s beachfront. Food is amazing. We enjoyed out breakfast so much!

Our room is on the 3rd floor and I’m pregnant. Haha!

Great proximity to the beach. Great balcony in our room. Very relaxing. The staff also helped us out with our airport transfer. :) Breakfast was great! :) We will definitely stay in Zuzuni again! :)

express check in, water provided upon check in, friendly staff, big, clean and tidy rooms, breakfast was delicious and p

I love how accessible the location is. it is near d’mall and lots of restaurants in the area that you can choose from. we also love the restaurant downstairs where we had our sumptious breakfast with a picture perfect beach view. our room is so clean and tidy. the housekeeping always provides fresh linens and towels. staff are friendly and courteous. our stay is worth every penny. very recommendable especially if you’re travelling with your family. the rooms are big and comfortable.

the water leaks in the shower area to the bathroom floor. good thing there were foot towels but they should do something about it to avoid slippery floor.

Nowhere is perfect and the pluses really outweigh the minus’s. would go back in a minute!!!!

The staff are so wonderful and helpful. Location is excellent, right on the beach. rooms 1 and 2 are the pick!!!! The food in the restaurant is extremely good,with a varied choice at an affordable price. As were the drinks. No wonder it is always busy!!!Again, staff are the best!!!Including kitchen and bar staff!!!!!

- Overall theme of the hotel is updated and modern - staff are amazing - location is near d'mall and lots of restaurants yet beachfront is not too busy - BEACHFRONT - breakfast is served at the downstairs restaurant. You'll always have a beach view

- nothing! - this boutique hotel does not have a lift/elevator which some may find troublesome especially senior citizens

Well, everything is good.. Not that perfect but it meets my satisfaction.

I love the breakfast. The room is convenient.The staffs are accommodating and nice. I had a hassle free vacation while staying in this so pure wellness hotel. For my next vacation i would always consider this one.

mmm.. i would not recommend this with People with Disabilities or have a difficulty to get upstairs coz, there is no elevator, you can only use stairs to access your room. Or much better make a book at the 2nd floor if you wanna try their facilities.
